Tranquil is recommended for those with difficulties falling asleep and are easily woken during sleeping. The recommended amount of sleep is 6 to 8 hours per day. However, the common cause of insomnia is due to the heart’s inability to rest before sleep. The natural herbs in Tranquil aides in inducing deep sleep by stabilizing the heart.

    Directions: Take 1 tablespoon 2 times a day, around 3pm and around 8pm with warm water.

    복용법: 하루 2회, 오후 3시쯤과 저녁 8시쯤 식사 30분후에 더운물과 함께 한 숟가락씩 복용하세요.

    Caution: Children under 7 years of age and pregnant women should not take Tranquil. Children or adults under 100 lbs should take ½ tablespoon.
